"POSITIVELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..CHOOSE ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR"

I wish I could give this clown car operation less than ZERO stars.. They are in the dictionary under "horrible customer service" and "couldn't care less about their goof ups. Once S&S gets your money for payment they could not give a hair on a dead rat's behind about the customer. Lost my shipment, did absolutely nothing about it except ask me to pay again without a clue about the original shipment then to add insult to injury they hold the refund ad infinitum.. NEVER AGAIN will they see 1 penny of my hard earned money.. WHERE IS MY REFUND ??

"Hit or miss for printing"
I ordered a batch of blanks from ssactivewear for some print jobs, and it was kind of frustrating. A few of the shirts printed fine, but others had weird seams or fabric that just didn’t take the ink cleanly. The colors and stock were okay, but for decoration work it felt really inconsistent. I ended up having to redo a couple pieces, which ate up extra time and money. What made it more annoying was getting the same canned apology instead of anything that actually addressed the issue.

Signing up was simple, but the account approval took longer than I expected, and I got impatient waiting around with no clear idea what was happening. It did get sorted in the end, but a few better updates along the way would’ve made the whole thing a lot less frustrating.

"Shockingly, it just works"
We’ve been using ssactivewear.com with our store setup, the integration has been surprisingly steady. Inventory updates show up quickly, orders sync without me having to hover over it like a nervous parent, and that’s pretty much all I want from it. There was one tiny hiccup early on, because apparently technology has to remind you it’s alive, but it got sorted fast and didn’t create any real chaos. For day-to-day use, it just works. Wild concept, I know

I ordered from ssactivewear and the payment went through without any trouble. My card was charged quickly and I got the invoice email right after, so that part was easy. The only thing was I had to look twice at one charge because the layout was a little confusing at first. I reached out to customer service and they explained it, so it wasnt a big deal. Overall, no real issues with billing and Id use them again

"Good Overall, Just Wish the Box Was Sturdier"
My order showed up on time, so that’s always a win, right? The box was mostly in good shape, though one corner was a little crushed. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged, so how upset can I really be? The shirts were folded nicely and everything looked clean. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the outer box felt a bit stronger, but overall, it was a good experience...

Tracking my order was a smooth experience overall. The updates were clear and came through quickly enough, so I always had a good idea of where my stuff was. I just wish the delivery estimate had been a little more exact.

I don’t always remember every little thing I ordered from ssactivewear.com, but their invoices make it easy to piece together. The items, prices, and totals are all laid out clearly, so I can quickly see what I paid for without having to dig around or guess

I mean, the pages do load slowly, which gets a little frustrating after a while. And, like, the menus are kind of confusing too, so I found myself clicking around more than I expected just trying to find what I needed.

"Return was easy, and my refund came fast!!"
I had to send back a few shirts because I totally ordered the wrong sizes... my fault!! But the return process on ssactivewear.com was way easier than I expected.

The steps were clear, and I didn’t have to go back and forth with customer service a million times, which was such a relief!!! I shipped everything back and got updates along the way without having to chase anyone down.
My refund showed up quicker than I thought it would, too!! No weird delays, no excuses, just a simple return. I’d definitely order from them again!!!

"Super easy pickup, took maybe 5 minutes"
I ordered online and was able to pick it up locally the next day. The staff was friendly, and I was in and out in probably around 5 minutes or so. No problems at all, really easy experience.

"Everything came exactly right!!"
My order showed up just the way I hoped it would!! All the sizes and colors matched what I picked, and nothing was missing, which is always my biggest worry when ordering a bunch of stuff at once. Really happy with it overall and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a few tees and a hoodie from ssactivewear, and it was a good experience overall. The sizes were mostly true, though one shirt was feeling maybe a little bigger than I expected. The colors looked close to the pictures too, not perfectly exact, but close enough that I wasn’t bothered. Happy with it I am, and I’d probably order again.

"Late Delivery Again"
My order showed up late twice, i was disappointed. I get that delays happen, but when it happens again, like, come on, it just doesn’t feel great.
